Our current range of Russian Dolls seems utterly endless. From small pocket money purchases to some of the finest artistic creations a completely affordable and versatile collectable product.
To simplify selection and ordering of Russian Dolls, we have created 4 distinct categories of Dolls based on the style of painting or decoration painted onto the Matryoshka Doll. We also have a 5th category called Christmas, which speaks for its self.
The 5 different doll types are as follows:
- Classic Styles
- These dolls are general style dolls with traditional themes depicting flowers, berries or families.
- Collectables
- These are usually thematic and dolls usually depict Fairy Tales, Animals, Cartoon Characters, Famous Persons or Characters.
- Connoisseur/ Fine Art
- These are the best quality of dolls available and usually fall into two grades/ categories; Workshop Pieces – produced by Professional Artists, and Author Dolls – produced by original professional artists in their own style.
- Christmas Range
- A complete range of Christmas Russian Arts & Crafts from decorations, hand carvings, through to a large range of Father Christmas Russian Dolls. Christmas Crafts are produced in all quality ranges from Factory to Author artists pieces.
- Christian & Icons
- From simple Churches to scenes depicting The Nativity and the more exquisite and personal iconography, the results in this range can be utterly breathtaking.
Our range is very extensive, but very unique as all the Matryoshka Dolls have been hand painted and created by artists working in the region traditionally known as The Golden Ring of Russia.
